Albania Stranik 1# 2×2300KW  

【 Description 】 Strannik 1# HPP was contract during Aug. 2007.It would install 2 sets of francis turbin generating unit with capactiy 2×2300kw. The water via a canal of 4kM terminates to a small storage basin from where through a penstock the water will be conveyed to the turbines located on the powerhouse building. At the outlet of the turbines the water will be discharged to the river via tailrace canal. The hydropower will be connected to the Albanian network through an overhead line 35kV.
